How to Choose a Hajj or Umrah Program: Questions to Ask
Two programs with a similar look can include very different things. These questions help you compare them clearly.
Choosing a program is easier when you compare the same things in each offer. Here are the questions worth asking before you confirm anything.
What exactly is included? Ask whether the program includes flights, visa processing support, accommodation, transport between cities and to the holy sites, meals, and a religious guide or supervisor. Ask for the answer in writing.
Where is the accommodation? The distance from the Haram and the way you will get there matter a great deal for elderly pilgrims and families. Ask how far the hotel is, how long the walk takes, and whether transport is provided.
How long is the trip and what is the schedule? Ask how many nights are in Makkah and in Madinah, and how the days are organised, so that you have time for worship and for rest.
How big is the group and who accompanies it? A smaller group is often easier to manage, and an experienced supervisor can help with the rites and with any difficulty on the road.
What are the payment and cancellation terms? Ask when payments are due, what happens if your plans change, and what depends on the airline, the hotel or the official authorities rather than on us.
What do you need from me? Ask which documents are required and by when, because deadlines are the most common reason for delays.
Tell us your dates, the number of travelers and your needs, and our team will explain the programs available and answer each of these questions before you decide.
