Terms & Conditions

By using this website you agree to the following simple terms.

A booking request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking. We contact you to confirm the details, prices and availability, and a booking is confirmed only when we tell you so.

Prices, programs and availability may change. What each program includes, and the payment, cancellation and refund rules, depend on the terms of the airline, hotel, service provider and the official authorities, and we explain them before you confirm.

Travel documents, visas, permits and health requirements are set by the official authorities and are the responsibility of the traveler. We can guide you to the official sources, but we do not control the rules, and we cannot guarantee a permit or a visa.

The content of this website, including text and images, is provided for general information and is not a religious ruling. Photos are for illustration.
